Homemade Chocolate Syrup Magic Shell
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (extra-virgin, cold pressed, unrefined is best – like this)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I prefer 60% cacao – like these)
Gently heat the coconut oil and chocolate in a microwave, toaster oven, or double boiler until melted (not too hot!). Stir well and drizzle over your favorite ice cream.
