I believe that God has the ultimate guide to holistic living – the Bible. While we don’t often see think of it as such, it contains loads of healthy living advice for all 3 parts of man – spirit, mind, and body. God is a triune being, as are we!

Mind: God is the only Counselor who truly knows what parts of our mind need to be renewed. His instructions on avoiding worry (Philippians 4:6-7) and what to think about (v.8) keep our mind in optimum health, which also affects our body.
